Coming Very Soon, UK Legal Section 1, Mag-Fed, Short-Barrelled Underlever Shotgun
The mainstream option is excellent.
This one is interesting.
There’s a reason certain shotguns dominate competition shooting. They’re fast, proven, and extremely effective. If that’s what you want, you already know where to look.
This isn’t trying to replace them.
This lever-action, magazine-fed shotgun exists for shooters who know the mainstream options well and are open to something a little different, simpler, and a lot more fun to shoot.
Most people never seem to get past “B” in the catalogue when choosing their next shotgun - This is for those who do.
Why this exists
Short-barrelled lever-action shotguns aren’t new to the UK. What is new is combining a compact lever gun with detachable box magazines.
Traditional tube-fed underlevers carry an unavoidable compromise: when the barrel gets shorter, magazine capacity drops with it. and can quickly become hard work in practice — limited capacity means more time loading than shooting.
Nobody is pretending this platform is going to win competitions. But it’s reasonable to expect a Section 1 shotgun to at least give you a fighting chance.
By moving to detachable magazines, capacity is no longer tied to barrel length, and yes, it will accept extended magazines and even drums. Not because anyone needs
a 20-round shotgun magazine, but because sometimes the sheer high-capacity ridiculousness is necessary!
The result is a compact, manoeuvrable lever-action shotgun that remains practical, usable, and - most importantly - fun
Fun matters.
